Just north east of Speightstown, located on the picturesque ridge overlooking Port St. Charles Marina and Almond Beach Village, and away from the noise of rolling traffic, lies the Coleridge & Parry School.
Here in the quiet, peaceful environs that were once Dover Fort, over nine hundred boys and girls, between the ages of ten and eighteen, some sixty teachers, a guidance counsellor, non-teaching and ancillary staff make their home away from home five days a week.
Some thirty subjects are taught here and a wide variety of extra-curricular activities are on our curriculum.
Welcome to the Northern Star - to its beauty, scholarship and family. This family includes many distinguished sons of our soil including Charles Duncan O’Neal - National Hero, Governor General - Sir Clifford Husbands (a product of the Parry School), the Hon. Owen Seymour Arthur - former Prime Minister, Mr. Winston Cox - former Governor of our Central Bank and Sir Erskine Sandiford - former Prime Minister.
May you share its brightness and shine as its stars!
